Kordell Stewart has won a major victory in his court battle against a man who once claimed to be his gay lover.

According to Georgia's DeKalb County Superior Court documents filed on November 4 and obtained exclusively by RadarOnline.com, the judge awarded the Real Housewives of Atlanta alum, 45, a default judgment in his defamation and negligence lawsuit against viral video star Andrew Caldwell.

"Plaintiff is entitled to verdict and judgment by default as if every item and paragraph of his Complaint were supported by proper evidence," the judge wrote.

Caldwell and his co-defendants Catalyst Next had failed to respond to the original complaint filed in October 2015.

Porsha Williams' ex-husband and the other parties were ordered to appear in court on December 12 to determine damages.

More than a year ago, the former NFL star accused Caldwell of lying and destroying his image after the YouTube star claimed the two had hooked up.

"I had everything that Porsha got," Caldwell bragged to The ShakeUP Morning Show last year. "I had bags, purses, cars. I'm in a Jaguar right now. Honey, did you see that Jaguar over there?"

After Stewart slapped him with a lawsuit, Caldwell publicly retracted his accusations— but apparently failed to speak out in court.

The former Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback has battled gay rumors for nearly 20 years.

In his new memoir Truth, he said stories that he was arrested for performing "lews acts" with a "transvestite"  in 1998 ruined his reputation.

"The rumor was so absurd it was almost funny," he wrote.

Years later, Williams, 35, accused her ex of refusing to have sex with her during their short marriage, reigniting the scandal.
