On the grueling Marriage Boot Camp: Reality Stars, Mike "Sugar Bear" Thompson has had to come clean with counselors and longtime love Mama June Shannon about cheating with men and women, in addition to his admitted sex addiction.

First, therapist Jim Carroll asks Thompson to share about being hurt by an event from the past.

"One day I'm in the house watching TV, my daddy and my uncle are in the backyard fighting, my uncle pulls a knife out, my daddy pulls a gun out and shoots. Luckily, the bullet missed," shares the father of former pageant queen Alana "Honey Boo Boo" Thompson, 10.

He then reveals that his father and uncle became estranged, which left him unable to play with his favorite cousin.

"It hurt real hard, because me and my cousin was close," he says. "That just tore me apart. My childhood was over."

The tragic incident left Thompson with a need for love and affection, he explains.

"I want Mama June to give me a hug. I don't want to be lonely no more," he says, beginning to sob. "I want to fill that gap with love. Sex is great if it's right. But I'm tired of being by myself."

As RadarOnline.com previously reported, Thompson confessed to hiding texts from men in his phone during his relationship with Shannon, 36.
