Her April 19 arrest for disorderly conduct already tarnished her good girl image but it's not the first time Reese Witherspoon has got mouthy, according to her husband.

In new video obtained exclusively by RadarOnline.com from the police dash cam Jim Toth tells the arresting officer that his wife 'gets loud - quite a bit!'

As if the Atlanta encounter wasn't embarrassing enough for the pair the latest footage deals another blow to Reese's squeaky clean persona.

Jim makes the statement while being read his rights by cops after being pulled over on suspicion of drink driving.

Reese can be heard commenting on the arrest from the back of the police car and actually laughs when her husband says; "My wife does get loud quite a bit. I'm talking to you man to man."

The Sweet Home Alabama actress says; "Wow, interesting" before continuing to giggle.

Jim - who has pled guilty to driving under the influence - struggles to understand what the officer is telling him, even stopping him in his tracks to ask him to "break it down" for him.

He then confesses it's not just him who has been drinking but that his wife has had some alcohol too.

Reese pled no contest to disorderly conduct after she hurled threats at the cop and pulled the "don't you know who I am card".

They have publicly apologized for their behavior and while she was ordered to pay a $213 fine, her hubby must perform 40 hour of community service, attend an alcohol education program and complete 12 months of probation.
