Abuse, Threats & Unwanted Threesomes! Mel B Slams Ex With Restraining Order

Mel B has accused ex-husband Stephen Belafonte of brutally beating and sexually exploiting her throughout their rocky 10-year marriage, RadarOnline.com has learned.

According to multiple reports, the singer filed a restraining order against her ex on Monday, forcing him to steer clear of her and the couple's three children.

In the court filing, Mel B claimed Belafonte subjected her to horrific physical abuse, with alleged incidents dating back to 10 years ago.

"November 2007, the night of her Dancing With The Stars finale, as she was getting ready at home, she says Stephen placed both of his hands around her neck, began choking her and slammed her down onto the hardwood floors. She says this was the pattern. . .when she achieved any measure of success, he would 'beat me down to let me know he was in charge,'" the court documents state, according to reports.

But that's not all. Mel also claimed that her husband got the couple's nanny pregnant, resorting to seeking an abortion for the woman after expressing his desire to keep the baby and live full time with both his wife and the children's caretaker.

The ex Spice Girls member also claimed Belafonte paid the nanny $300,000 of Mel B's money "for alleged nanny services."

Mel later alleged that Belafonte has obtained sex tapes of her that he has repeatedly threatened to release against her wishes.

To make matters worse, she says Belafonte forced her to "participate in sexual intercourse with him and random women" and he would often secretly record the encounters. Belafonte later reportedly threatened to release the personal sex tapes.

Belafonte has vehemently denied Mel B.'s claims, telling reporters, "I am really distraught with how this is going to affect our children. . .I'm shocked at those allegations."
