LeAnn Rimes wasn’t shy about sharing her thoughts on her feud with Brandi Glanville with the ladies of The View!

The 30-year-old country singer visited Barbara Walters, Joy Behar, Elisabeth Hasselbeck, Sherri Shepherd and Whoopi Goldberg in New York City on Tuesday, opening up about her strained relationship with Eddie Cibrian’s ex-wife – and RadarOnline.com has the details.

“You have been a great subject for the tabloids. You have been under a microscope,” Walters says to LeAnn. “Your husband's ex-wife Brandi Glanville has been critical of you.”

“Talkative,” LeAnn, who was on the show promoting her latest album, Spitfire, cheekily corrects her.

“What’s it like for you?”

“I am glad the conversation is changing,” she responds. “Yes, I am approaching these topics through my music, but at the same time, it is not just the specific situations, these are real emotions. I've been in this business for 20 years and for the first time I am approaching music differently, from a human perspective. People know me for my voice but they've never really gotten toknow me.”

“Is it justified?” presses Walters, referring to LeAnn’s reputation after hooking up with Cibrian while she was still married to Dean Sheremet, and he to The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star.

“I definitely take my responsibility for this side of things,” she admits. “I definitely think it has been a very skewed version of this story and it has gone on for far too long. This album was written two and a half years ago and I am approaching real emotions, it's not just the situation.”
