The King of Queens beauty, promoting the yet-to-be-titled show, said she thinks that since she’s defected from the controversial institution, she and her family are “learning new ways to … reconnect with each other.
“So, it really has brought us closer together … we’re stronger and we’re having so much fun together.”
Remini, 44, said her new reality series “is something that [her] family loves to do” — even if it can be somewhat overwhelming, at times.

“Like, I don’t need 25 people in my house everyday,” the New York City native said, adding that her stepfather and mother love the reality format.
“And I think that’s a beautiful thing.”
