Kris   talk show debut was a ratings boom but one critic slammed the show with a vicious review that said the new host just needs to “shut up.”

Linda Stasi from the New York Post appeared on Access Hollywood Live and ripped the Kardashian matriarch’s new show, and even sent a zinger at her daughter Khloe Kardashian.

"Some people just need to shut up and she's one of them,” Linda said about the host of Kris, which is airing for a six-week summer run.

Her debut episode featured a long rambling story about the sneaky way they hid Kim Kardashian getting to the hospital to give birth to her baby and had Kris carrying a baby that ultimately wasn’t her granddaughter North West.

Linda said that Kris has no business having a talk show, which is competing with Katie, Dr. Phil, Ellen and other daytime shows.

“She has as much right having a talk show as her dopey daughter with no talent had being a host of the X Factor,” she said with a dig at Khloe.

“Horrible, horrible, boring self-involved. I couldn't bear it,” Linda summed up her opinion of Kris’ new venture.
