More Nightmares For Amy’s Baking Company – Owner Samy Facing Deportation!

One of the co-owners of Amy’s Baking Company, the restaurant embroiled in scandal following the disastrous appearance on Kitchen Nightmares, is not only being attacked because of the show but he is also facing deportation.
Salomon “Samy” Bouzaglo is involved in a U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement case to revoke his residency status his lawyer told AZCentral.com and AZ Nightly News.
David Asser said the immigration case has nothing to do with the controversial Gordon Ramsay show and that the case began two years ago and his client “was the subject of a removal hearing on Monday.”
When Bouzaglo and his wife Amy were confronted by the news crew his actions were just as outrageous as they were on the Fox reality show.
Screaming swear words at the reporter, Samy refused to answer questions about his immigration status or his alleged past criminal history outside of the United States.
He even gave a rude arm gesture toward the camera which is code for “up yours.”
His lawyer said he was unaware of his client’s new celebrity status.
“I didn’t know they were going to go on (the show),” he said.
According to the lawyer, Samy is an Israeli citizen who was born in Morocco.

As RadarOnline.com exclusively reported last week, the report also states that his wife Amy has served time in federal prison and has a history of liens and judgments.
Amy, real name Amanda Patricia Bossingham, submitted an application for a line of credit with M & I Bank using the social security number of another person on August 16, 2001, and the bank approved a credit line in the amount of $15,000 — and was subsequently charged with a Class D felony.

Prior to her conviction, AZCentral.com reports that Amy faced “four judgments in Colorado in 1998 and 1999 totaling about $14,000. She was also sued in Arizona in 2000 for $3,229. The judgments appear to have arisen from unpaid debts that were turned over to collection agencies.”
When reached via telephone Amy admitted to past problems, saying: “We both made mistakes in the past. We have done our time. We can’t comment. We know God is with us.”
AZCentral.com also reports that records show Samy has no criminal convictions or civil judgments since immigrating to the United States 13 years ago, but said he does not have immigration problems now.
“The FBI knows all about me.... The IRS knows,” he said.
Samy also said that he wants to tell his side of the story.
“I want people to know about me,” he told AZCentral.com.
“But not today, not tomorrow. I have nothing to hide.”
He did fight for his good name, saying: “I am perfectly clean.”
