Looks like this season of Keeping Up with the Kardashians is going to be the most dramatic yet, mostly due to Kim Kardashian’s surprise pregnancy!

From going to get a sonogram and showing off her massive baby bump to breaking down over the fact that she is probably STILL going to be married to Kris Humphries when she gives birth to Kanye West’s baby in July, the 32-year-old’s pregnancy is the most highly hyped topic in the season 8 promo of the popular reality show – and RadarOnline.com has the details.

“I’m scared, with the divorce I am probably going to have this baby married to someone else,” Kim complains about the timing of the pregnancy.

“You are going to end up in the hospital,” Kris Jenner ironically warns Kim, who did in fact end up in the hospital with a miscarriage scare after returning from a rendezvous in Paris with Kanye.

“It hurts so bad,” Kim later cries from a hospital bed.

The teaser also highlights, Kim stuffing her face, admitting that she is having pregnancy cravings, and an explosive fight between she and her younger sister Khloe.
