I Don’t Starve Myself! Gwyneth Paltrow Reveals Her Diet Secret: ‘I Really Enjoy Food’

Gwyneth Paltrow has admitted that she works out for two hours a day to maintain her killer body but in a new video she dispels the myth that she starves herself by admitting “I really enjoy food.”
The 40-year-old actress is the new face for Boss Jour fragrance and in a series of “A Perfectly Put Together Moment” videos obtained by RadarOnline.com, the Park Avenue princess shares her life affirming tips on how she is able to eat what she wants and stay so thin.
“I really enjoy food,” the blonde Oscar winner frankly says.
“So for me exercise is a really good way to counterbalance the bread and cheese and coffee that I want in my life.”

A cookbook author who has touted diets and cleanses and even says her own children get a special hunger pang when they don’t eat carbs, says that she does indulge in unhealthy food, to a certain extent.
“I try to do all the things that I enjoy but in moderation.”
Gwyneth, a mother of two who is married to Coldplay singer Chris Martin, describes her day, saying: “I think in the morning I feel the most, you have the most energy to spend in the morning.
“Sometimes by the afternoon I get tired,” she laughs.

A dedicated student of celebrity trainer Tracy Anderson, Gwyneth pushes her exercise philosophy.
“It is important to do a bit of stretching, breathing, a bit of yoga, even for ten minutes. It just takes a bit of commitment and a little bit of a mindset change.”
