The uncle of Boston Marathon bombing suspects Tamerlan and Dzhokhar Tsarnaev angrily spoke out Friday morning at a press conference in front of his Maryland home saying he never saw any signs of evil in the boys, and that "somebody radicalized them" bringing shame to his entire family and Chechnyan ethnicity, RadarOnline.com is reporting.

"Somebody radicalized them, but it's not my brother," Ruslan Tsarni said of his nephews and their father.

"He's spent his life bringing bread to their table. He didn't have time or chance or anything options, he's been working, that's it."

Tsarni, who told reporters he hasn't seen either of the brothers since December 2005, pleaded with Dzhokhar — who is still on the run — to turn himself in, while acknowledging what shame they have brought to his family, their country and their religion.

"My family has nothing to do with that family… Of course we're ashamed. Yes, we're ashamed. They're children of my brother…who has little influence of them," he said.

"He put a shame on this family. He put a shame on the entire Chechnyan ethnicity. So they put that shame on the entire ethnicity. Turn yourself in!"

The uncle suggested the boys were "being losers" who weren't able to settle themselves, therefore "hating everybody who did" -- and said he would have turned them in himself if he knew what they were planning.

"No, no, no, I never knew it. Even if I had a guess or something I would just submit them myself," Tsarni said.

"I respect this country. I love this country. This country which gives chance to everybody else to be treated as a human being and just to be a human being… If I even slightly be aware they were involved, I'd be the first one to bring them to responsibility."

And finally, Tsarni had kind words for all the victims at the hands of his nephews.

"Those who suffered, we're sharing with them their grief," he said, adding he's prepared to kneel in front of them and beg for their forgiveness.
