Medical Crisis Averted? Ramona Claims Bethenny's 'A Healthy Woman'

Bethenny Frankel freaked out during the premiere trailer for the new season of Real Housewives of New York City as she faced a medical crisis and learned that she had to undergo surgery.

In the trailer, she discussed preparing a living will.

According to an In Touch report, Frankel had been battling fibroids and underwent the knife in order to have them removed and further prevent her from developing cancer.

While she reportedly suffered from "excessive bleeding afterward," RadarOnline.com has learned that the 45-year-old Skinnygirl mogul may just be on the path to recovery.

"Women, once they get older, they do have a lot of health issues—and fibroids are a very common thing," Frankel's 'RHONY' costar Ramona Singer told RadarOnline.com at the season 8 premiere party that she and Sonja Morgan hosted at Beautique in NYC on March 29.

According to Singer, 59, Frankel is getting better.

"She's basically a healthy woman, and things with medicine today, everything will be worked out for her," she said.

Frankel also got some other good news this month when she learned that she no longer has to pay her estranged husband, Jason Hoppy, $12,000 in monthly spousal support.

She had reportedly been giving him a court ordered total of around $26,000 per month since they broke up in 2012.

Now, she just has to battle with him over the $5 million Tribeca condo that she bought while they were married.

Hoppy still calls the swanky pad home.
