Andy Cohen Tells Bethenny Frankel, 'I've Been In Love Two And A Half Times'

Guesting on her new talk show, Andy Cohen admits to Bethenny Frankel that he's been in love "two and a half times."
A half?
"Half is I think I loved him but wasn't in love with him, but I give it a half.
The Bravo executive and host also revealed he hasn't had a "serious" romance for eight years, and that many people ask him why he doesn't have a boyfriend.
'"I am a very romantic person or I can be," Cohen said, "and I am one of those people that I'm waiting to be swept off my feet.

His solution, he told Frankel? "I'm about to adopt a dog!"
