Billy Martin is no longer Wesley Snipes' lawyer. Snipes filed with the court to have him removed from the case, along with others, for something like 'ineffective assistance of counsel.' It was, more accurately a stalling tactic as Snipes got a delay of the trial from last fall to January.
It was in all the papers....
