My Comments

Fighting fire with fire.
It's always best to have no possessions or money in one's own name when in any litigation with Scientology.
They have plenty of money & possessions & can be sued.
Having no money & possessions in litigation with Scientology means they get nothing for their pains if they should win a case & require paying their PI's & lawayers.
Referring cases to a criminal court requires evidence against an accused.
It can be a long drawn out process requiring paying lawyers & paying those who are prepared to lie for the cause of Scientology.
On the other hand Scientology can be accused in return attacking them as they prefer attacking others rather than being in defence.
