You'd think that after the Lincoln Savings & Loan / Keating 5 disgrace, John McCain would have learned his lesson and at least try to distance himself from this kind of thing.

And now McCain is trying to bluster and lie his way out of this latest scandal but his own previous sworn testimony contradicts his recent blanket denials. Even the former head of Paxson Communications has come out and says he and McCain did in fact meet, personally, to discuss McCain's efforts on his company's behalf!

Whether McCain has been having adulterous sex with lobbyists isn't the issue.
