Child abuse is the physical, psychological or sexual maltreatment of children. with that being said i'd like to say that you people are really reaching. are you that dissatisfied with her progress? she has done an amazing job of putting her life back in order. she is still working on it and just beacuse she smokes means absoulutley nothing. she is outside and most 2 1/2 year old are curious about everthing...so he picked up the pack and she immediately reprimanded him. find something else to talk about.
