You know, what is really irritating about some peoples self ritious comments is they are pointing fingers about things that they have either done themselves or someone in their family has done or is doing. Come on ladies, I know that I have been through some of what she has done also, after my first divorce, I felt the need to prove so many things, her wild behavior wasn't thumbing her nose at her family or her fans, it was a scream for help. After I had my first child, I melted down a little too, I can see it all so clearly now, 5 years later, but hind site is always 20/20, the mood changes, stupid things that I said or did, trying to prove something to someone, but I didn't know what I was proving, or to who, feelings of being worthless and angry, but I didn't know why....... Why do we believe that things like this don't happen to the Brittany's of the world but they happen to us? How about a little understanding and compassion for a stressed out young mother who is going through a really rough time divorcing, trying to make a living, coping with young children, and lets face facts, 2 year old children are frustrating enough, then add in her life in general, being hunted day and night by fans and photographers, never a quiet moment without a phone call or someone in your ear yacking about something. We are expecting a young mother to be everything that we ourselves are not. Give me a break, we hold celebrities to so much higher standards than we hold ourselves to. When one of us average joe's is caught doing some of this stuff, we are "stressed out" from working, or "exhausted" or we "just dont' have the money" !! Why such a double standard?? Did it ever occure to anyone that they are people too? They get depressed, exhausted, Frustrated, angry and "stressed out" too? Yes, they have the money to call a baby sitter or a nanny, then they have people chasing them down the road for pictures, constantly being hounded with questions, never any peace nor for them and their children is there any safety without paying someone to watch out for their children and themselves. So much for taking a quiet walk in the park with your kids......Not without a bodyguard.....take the kids for a nice ice cream or root beer float at the local DQ....not if your smart buddy....how about a nice drive in movie with the family???? Do you honestly think that these people will ever live normal lives?? Why do we expect them to be the perfect parents when we aren't ourselves?? Why is she white trash?? Because she is pretty with a nice body and money? I shudder to think what will happen to this world once the young children of now reach our ages and start taking over the things that their parents do now. They are lazy, self absorbed, ego centric, self serving, narcissistic, spoiled brats with delusions of entitlement, that we all owe them a college degree, a 200,000 dollar a year job right out of school, and our undying support of their self indulgence while they abuse, neglect and throw away any person, place or thing that doesn't serve them in the manner that they believe they should be worshiped in. I am trying to raise all of my children to respect themselves and others, to work for what they want and not to expect handouts, to love themselves and others and to treat all life with the respect it deserves. How do we know what Brittany is trying to teach her children? Has anyone ever bothered to ask or just assume and accuse??
