seabear70 is completely wrong- this graph shows shredding by federal agencies, not by individual congresspeople. You don't need 5 minutes worth of googling, you need only follow the link and view the individual transactions. All the contracts are listed, and the clients are DHS, the Department of Treasury, etc. So the shredding is being done under the direction of Bush appointees, not by Democrats. Anybody surprised by this clearly isn't paying attention.
