I can't believe the person you guys are criticizing here is *not* Jimmy Kimmel. He's a complete douche.
Also, she was obviously nervous as all hell. The reason her mannerisms look weird is that she wasn't coached by one of those TV consultants who teach people to keep eye contact and don't blink and stuff.
