I don't think the transcription of Charlie's first letter is right. I don't think he wrote "I got you there." He wrote "U GOT GAY THERE." Big difference. He's probably making fun of Billy and the little friend who advised him to write.
What little kid is savvy enough to know that convicts need the paper and envelope supplied? Most people who haven't had an incarcerated friend, family member, or pen pal would know that. It's a dead giveaway to the recipient.
There's SO much more to this hilarious (and deeply disturbing) Anonymous project. I highly recommend reading the Insurgency Wiki (sadly, it appears to be under attack today.)
