My Comments

If $cientologists care about helping others, they should start with taking care of their own staff members. My parents worked in $cientology's "Sea Org" for 25 years. When they became too elderly to be of use, they were "offloaded." They now live in poverty and receive government assistance to pay basic bills to survive. $cientology staff members receive almost no pay, no health insurance, no retirement and are required to work 7 days a week, over 12 hours a day. The Sea Org staff are not even allowed to have children. My parents joined before this rule was in effect. Not a very compassionate "church" is it? Please don't let this cult victimize more people!
