What Ron Paul would like to see happen already is in some respects. Considering the number of Private Military Contractors in Iraq and Afghanistan and the 150000 a year they get, why not pay them solely for results and turn them lose.
We are already paying for it, and the PMC are experienced operators, not National Guard with families or "base babies" enjoying the $35/person per meal surf and turf at the KBR chowhall. These men would be happy to do bounty hunting for a year and retire for life (or until the risk/reward ration supports my willingness to be shot at again). --ex Special Forces employed by Blackwater
