I hate to be the one to point out the obvious, but that outfit is not handmade. It's by Angelic Pretty. A Google search of the name plastered quite boldly over the dress it self could have gave you that one. But oops, I suppose I ruined the surprise.

Wow. Simply wow. This article was put to rout with a ridiculous amount of inaccuricies. It pains me to think I nearly became excited when I saw the topic of this article. Then I read it... and then saw the example photographs. Like was said before, way to go on the research there. It leads me to question how much effort is put forward on other articles on this site.

The magazine you referenced said Gothic "AND" Lolita. You don't generally combine two words when they are separated with that conjuction. Yes, there is a sub-category that is known as "Gothic Lolita", but this article failed to even represent that properly. What this article showed was the "Gothic" section of the Gothic "AND" Lolita magazine.

I would love to know the sources for this article other than the magazine you have displayed with it.

But like most others that type up half assed articles on this one subculture fashion, I can't muster any hope that this author really gives a damn about continually perpetuating the wrong ideas about this subculture.
