OMG! What the hell is the matter with you people???? For one, she is smoking OUTSIDE and several feet away from her kid...you act as if she is blowing it right in his face...its OUTSIDE!!!!!!!!! Two....so the kid is touching her pack of cigs...she most likely told him "no," but, you can't hear anything from a damn picture now can you! I'm not even a Britney fan....but shit...leave the girl alone and worry about your kids grabbing your bottle of beer while your sitting around the kitchen table in plan view of them!!!!!
