WORST: Tyson Ritter was not looking so haute at the Premiere Party for JVC Mobile Entertainment’s Turn Me On 3 Campaign. The All American Reject added a western-themed lariat necklace to an ensemble, which consisted of a tuxedo jacket, a neon yellow tank and tennis shoes!

BEST: Rachel Bilson sported a causally chic look, leaving LAX for Cannes wearing a striped top, a fedora hat and toting a luxe Louis Vuitton Monogram Athena bag.

BEST: At the Cannes premiere of Blue Valentine Michelle Williams was a vision of femininity and grace in a pale pink, silk gown from the Chanel Spring 2010 Couture collection. The off-the-shoulder gown had a very Old Hollywood feel to, and we like how Michelle opted to bypass accessories, letting the dress snag all the attention.
