He spent 48 days in jail for DUI and violating his probation in 2007, and heat-butted designer Jack McCullough in the same year. He also attacked a Christmas tree in 2006!

Michael Weatherly, 48, stars on CBS's Bull (Tuesdays, 9 p.m.) as a trial consultant — and has had his fair share of courtroom drama in real life, too! He was arrested for DUI in November 2015 and was sentenced to three years probation, a three-month alcohol program and a Mothers Against Drunk Drivers course.
