Tara Reid's outfits — and costumes — have been sparking more concern that the Sharknado actress might be headed for a breakdown any day now.
The scary skinny star was spotted arriving for lunch with a mystery man, flashing her bloated stomach in West Hollywood on Nov. 5.
When Reid, 40, stepped out for Halloween this year in a skimpy Santa bikini costume, fans were alarmed to see just how much weight she's lost.
Celeb nutritionist Charlene Ciardiello revealed to RadarOnline.com in February it appeared Tara was around 85 pounds, but is the scale still on a decline?
Tara reportedly blasted haters in 2014 by blaming she's "just a small-boned girl" and that she does eat.
After several boozy-looking outings recently, Star magazine reported the American Pie actress was on the verge of a breakdown amid her weight struggles and nonstop party behavior.
"She buys most of her clothes in girls' sizes — size zero just falls off her," a source told Star.
