white frock, which was belted in a bow, and featured an embellished hemline.
The gorgeous actress paired the dress with a deep red, snakeskin clutch and
matching heels.

WORST: Kat Von D showed off her tatted up tummy in liquid leggings and a
crop top, clinging to Bam Margera, leaving the Nylon party in Hollywood.
