wearing a super lowcut blouse with high waisted denim shorts.

WACKY: Daphne Guinness gave Lady Gaga a run for her a la mode money, hitting
The White Fairy Tale Love Ball in France dressed to shock.

BEST: Rosario Dawson was dressed to thrill at the Los Angeles premiere of
