WORST: Back on American soil, a platinum haired Lindsay Lohan rocked a chunky pair of bondage inspired platforms with an ultra mini sundress in Beverly Hills, California.

BEST: Kate Winslet poured her enviable curves into a clingy taupe sheath for the “Carnage” premiere at the 68th International Venice Film Festival.  She topped off the neutral number, designed by fellow Brit Victoria Beckham, with a pair of bejeweled strappy stilettos and a dramatic updo.

WORST: And while Kate and Bar were wowing the “Carnage” crowd, the Material Girl was working the “W.E.” premiere at the Palazzo del Cinema, also at the Venice Film Festival. Madge wore her sunglasses at night and paired her Sally Jesse inspired red rims with a pale blue Vionnet dress adorned with red butterflies. Really, Madge? Butterflies? We’ll give you a pass this time, but only because you directed the film.

BEST: After Madonna and Abbie were done warming up the red carpet for her, Marissa Tomei did her best to absolve their fashion sins  in a swirly, Erdem dress and ruby patent leather pumps.

WORST: Typically fashion forward pop star Rihanna was practically unrecognizable in jeans, sneakers and a hooded sweatshirt at celeb haunt Giorgio Baldi in Santa Monica, California. Riri’s mane was untamed and framed both her angelic face and her less than angelic necklace, which boasted a particularly offensive word. See you next Thursday!

BEST: Bar Refaeli donned a sleek Emilio Pucci jumpsuit with lace side panels at the premiere of “Carnage” as part of the 68th International Venice Film Festival in Venice, Italy.

WORST: SJP channeled a disco ball in a shiny pewter power suit in London. The “Sex and the City” star was headed to the ITV Studios where she was rumored to be recording for the Jonathan Ross show. The inventive beauty topped the bizarre look off with turquoise satin platforms and a frizzy blonde ‘do.

BEST: Why, yes, Blake, we’d be happy to buy some Girl Scout Cookies! Leo’s lady love rocked this casual summer shorts set on the way to the Gossip Girl” set. But while her outfit says “Thin Mint” her shoes say “Rated R.”
