(shocking right?) Phoebe Price went over the top with an all-white look.

WORST: Legwarmers with wedges? Not such a hot summer trend, Tori Amos.

BEST: The Governator himself, Arnold Schwarzenegger, looked dapper in summer
duds, while dining at Taverna Tony’s in Malibu. We love his pin-striped
seersucker blazer paired with stone-colored khakis.

BEST: Paris and Nicky Hilton were colorfully clad for an afternoon of
shopping in Sardinia.

WORST: Watch out Lady Gaga! Grace Jones is closing in on your title of
wackiest onstage wardrobe!

WORST: We really hope Gwen Stefani isn’t starting any trends with these
unflattering cargo jeans. They are worse than Hammer Pants!

BEST: Khloe Kardashian was a Beach Bunny bombshell during Mercedes-Benz
Fashion Week in Miami, pairing a wild leopard tank with a bandage mini and
open-toed booties.

WORST: Amy Winehouse showed off her latest tulip purse, while out and about
in London.

WORST: Ke$ha hosted a bash at Moorea Beach Club in Las Vegas over the
weekend, bringing along her favorite furry friends. We wonder if they were
the ones who chewed up her acid wash denim shorts?

BEST: Stephanie Pratt enjoyed unemployment in NYC, wearing Work Custom Jean
Shorts with a tie-dye tank and lots of colorful accessories.

WORST: Luis Guzman looked super sexy on the set of his latest movie in NYC.
Don’t you just love a man in nude nylons, tube socks, black kicks, green

BEST: Ashley Jones was hautely hued in an eggplant cocktail dress for the
4th annual Enzoani Bridal Fashion show in Los Angeles. The True Blood
actress paired the sizzling mini with Casadei 3504 Triple Platforms, which
are one of the hottest heels of the summer!

WORST: We aren’t totally against Vienna Girardi’s colorful romper, but that
thick belt was a little too 1990’s for our taste. The Bachelor star took a
jaunt to Las Vegas to host the Hpnotiq Single & Fabulous party at TAO Beach.

BEST: Sharon Stone was hot to trot in shiny gold heels, enjoying lunch at
Joan’s on 3rd in Los Angeles. We love how she belted her navy wrap dress in
gold!
