Now news has surfaced that the couple reportedly shared a threesome "drunken night of passion" with British aristocrat/model Lady Victoria Hervey! According to England's The Sun, Lady Hervey once shared a "drunken night of passion" with Mel B and Stephen Belafonte when they were just married, sources claim.
The allegations reportedly date back to 2007, but add fuel to the fire on rumors that Mel B and hubby Belafonte had an "open" marriage. Speaking to the Guardian in 2014, however, Mel denied having an open relationship with Belafonte. She has admitted to having a girlfriend before her marriage, though.
Mel B and Belafonte, both 41, shared a steamy night with Lady Hervey, 40, The Sun alleges, back when they celebrated the star's success on season five of Dancing with the Stars. The source told the publication, "It was all a blur and everyone was very drunk, especially Lady Victoria. She told me one minute they were laying in bed watching a movie together, then they got carried away and Stephen was on top of her and Mel was kissing her. Next thing she can remember they all woke up naked in bed in the morning."

Mel, who previously enjoyed a four-year romance with girlfriend Christa Parker, lived in Los Angeles around the same time Lady Victoria resided there, ten years ago, the report says. It's not the first time the America's Got Talent judge's marriage to Belafonte has faced controversy. As RadarOnline.com exclusively reported, he cozied up to a mystery girl not long before Mel filed for divorce.
The alleged "night of passion" threesome between Mel B, Belafonte, and Hervey happened in November 2007, according to The Sun. So far, none of the three have commented on the story.
Meanwhile, there's more scandal as the Daily Mail reported on Friday night, Belafonte was briefly handcuffed by federal agents, who were investigating "possible illegal possession of firearms" in his Hollywood Hills home. But Belafonte said, "I was never in cuffs. I have no idea why they're here. Maybe someone's pranking us, swatting us or something."
During all the latest controversy about her divorce, Mel got a pampering session. She was spotted outside a Los Angeles beauty salon on Saturday just hours after Belafonte's brush with the law, according to the Daily Mail.
Belafonte posted a photo on Instagram last year--which has now reemerged online this week-- which implied that he and Mel had a threesome. The photo featured two women and one man with his hand between their thighs. Belafonte's brother Jeremiah also contended that they had "an open and loose" relationship. But now, as RadarOnline.com readers know, the Spice Girl is getting a divorce.
