Doherty is radiating good health after completing chemotherapy a while ago. The star showed no Hollywood vanity as she wore casual attire on the outing.
The actress, 46, has credited her mom Rosa for being her rock. Rosa has accompanied her famous daughter to chemo in the past and they are also seen frequently shopping together.
Animal lover Doherty has been going out a lot lately. She hosted the Animal Hope and Wellness Foundation's First Annual Gratitude Gala on March 4 at Hollywood's W Hotel.

Doherty has gone makeup-free during her cancer war. Known for her iconic TV role as Brenda on 90210, Doherty mingled with guests while clad in black and carrying a small clutch purse at the recent animal gala event she attended.
Doherty has shared her cancer journey with her fans on social media. The actress had to have reconstructive surgery and posted a video about it.
The star, who is married to her third husband, Kurt Iswarienko, was diagnosed with breast cancer in March 2015. It later spread to Doherty's lymphatic system. But as our photos show, she's now doing great.
As RadarOnline.com has reported, Doherty recently sported a cute cropped hairdo as her dark locks grow back in. It's a lot different from her previous shaved head.
Determined Doherty never gives up and has been completely open with her fans as she's undergone cancer treatment. She kept smiling all day as she and mom Rosa picked up some food at a grocery store in Malibu.
