As RadarOnline.com reported, Disick and Kardashian are determined to patch up their relationship problems and becoming a family again to their three children — Mason, daughter Penelope, 4, and son Reign, 1.

"Kourtney and Scott have finally gotten to a place where they can both be completely honest about everything," a source told RadarOnline.com. "And it is totally oblivious to them now that they are meant to be together, so they just have to do whatever it takes to make it work."
"Scott has straightened himself out a lot," the insider said. "He still goes to regular sessions with his own therapist and has made a lot of progress."
There's even buzz that Kardashian and Disick may have another baby on board after she revealed she's on a mission to have six kids.
