Rosie Divorce Gets Messy! Go Inside The $5.8 Million Florida Mansion At Stake

Rosie O'Donnell played it cool on The View during her final day on the panel Thursday, but RadarOnline.com has learned her divorce drama is heating up behind the scenes. According to property listings, the comedienne and her soon-to-be ex Michelle Rounds are already dividing assets — and there are several multi-million dollar estates at stake. Rosie O'Donnell listed the gorgeous Florida mansion she shares with estranged wife Michelle Rounds for $7.5 million on Feb. 5, the day before her divorce and departure went public.
O'Donnell, who was married once before to Kelli Carpenter, announced Feb. 6 she was leaving her co-hosting duties on The View after four short months. The same day, her multi-million dollar Nyack, NY, beach properties were abruptly taken off the market.
Per O'Donnell's rep, she and Rounds split last November: "This has been a very stressful situation. She is putting her personal health and family first,” added her rep.
In a video post, the comedienne gave an explanation for her abrupt TV exit, which came to an end Feb. 12: "There's lots of stuff going on at home and there's lots of stuff going on at work," she said. "And the only thing I can control is the work. By leaving. I can turn that volume down all the way to zero and just focus on what I need to focus on, which is my health and my family."
As part of the divorce proceedings, the O'Donnells are moving out of the Casey Key gulf front home they bought for $5 million in October 2013.
The soon-to-be exes are offering the tropical oasis for nearly $5.7 million.
In a motivated move to get it off their hands, the listing states the new owner will get it all for the large price tag: "It's professionally designed and decorator furnished and move in ready."
The 52-year-old talk show veteran shared the getaway spot as a home away from home with her five children.
O'Donnell and Rounds adopted a baby girl the same year they purchased the Florida family retreat.
During happier times, the O'Donnells enjoyed incredible sunsets from their poolside loggia.
