Plastic surgeon Dr. Anthony Youn told Radar, “It appears to me Kim’s had quite a bit of work done — some she’s admitted to, and some we can speculate about.” Kim copped to having Botox done back in 2010 and Dr. Youn (who hasn’t treated Kim) also believes she’s had a nose job and lip fillers. A recent KUWTK episode showed Kim, 33, paying a visit to cosmetic dermatologist Dr. Simon Ourian, who blasted off imperfections with a laser.
Farrah Abraham: The former Teen Mom turned XXX porn star told In Touch about her major plastic surgery tune-up in 2013. Farrah revealed she underwent a second breast augmentation surgery three days after her 22nd birthday, upgrading her cup size from a C to a D and replacing her saline implants with silicone ones. The star, who recently appeared on her second reality show, Couples Therapy, spent almost $30,000 on a nose job, chin implant and two breast surgeries. In 2013, Farrah explained her newly puffy lips: “I’m trying out collagen injections, something fun and it’s not permanent.”
Lindsay Lohan: She was once a big screen star, but now Lohan is on an OWN channel reality show. Could her plastic surgery be partly to blame? The former Mean Girls actress, 27, looks waaay different from when she was younger. “Lindsay’s lips look like a pair of Kielbasa!” Dr. Anthony Youn, who hasn’t treated her, marveled to Radar, referring to sausages. And plastic surgeon Dr. Garth Fisher has said, "She looks like she has had an excessive amount of filler injected in her face."
Kendall Jenner: The Keeping Up with the Kardashians little sister turned model apparently hasn’t avoided the plastic surgery habit of her family. After Kendall recently stepped out with a suspiciously thinner looking nose, plastic surgeon Dr. Anthony Youn told Radar it looked like she’d had a rhinoplasty. Dr. Youn, who has not treated Kendall, said, “Her nose looks more elegant and refined.” And in December 2013, experts told Radar it appeared Kendall, 18, had also had Juvederm injections.
NeNe Leakes: The Real Housewives of Atlanta standout, now doing her second reality show with Dancing With the Stars, has revealed she’s had a breast lift, rhinoplasty, and liposuction. And she wouldn’t hesitate to have more! "If anything falls, I pick it up!" the reality and Glee performer, 46, has said.
Kris Jenner: The famed momager, 58, isn’t shy about discussing her plastic surgery. In 2011, Kris was seen getting a face lift on Keeping Up with the Kardashians to look pretty for daughter Kim’s wedding to Kris Humphries. And Kris also underwent breast implant surgery on the show in 2012—her second boob job. Kris admitted she got her first set of implants a long time ago and was due for an upgrade, saying on camera, “The times are changing, and my boobs have to keep up.”
Trista Sutter: She found lasting love on The Bachelorette, but Trista Sutter wasn’t happy with her looks as she pushed 40. So Trista went under the knife to “feel pretty again,” undergoing surgery to lift her breasts and eyelids. The reality star, who found her husband Ryan Sutter on the ABC show in 2003, told Life & Style she was desperate to remove the bags under her eyes and increase her cup size from a B to a C. “I realized that the surgery was something I had to do for myself, just for my own self-confidence and to feel good again about being in bathing suits and being intimate with my husband,” she said.

Jenelle happily tweeted “was a B is now a full C” and showed off her new look in a pink Victoria’s Secret bikini. But the reality star who’s discussed her body issues on the show also insisted via Twitter that was the only plastic surgery she’d ever do.

On the March 18, 2014 episode of the show, Julie, the wife of self-made millionaire Todd Chrisley, gets a Botox injection while viewers see Lindsie, 24, getting breast augmentation surgery.
Janice Dickinson: The former supermodel and periodic reality show star, 59, hasn’t been shy about admitting to massive amounts of plastic surgery, saying, “There’s no such thing as too much.” Janice has reportedly had a breast enlargement, tummy tuck, neck and facelifts, liposuction and Botox. Plastic surgeon Dr. Anthony Youn, who has not treated the former Janice Dickinson Modeling Agency and I’m A Celebrity, Get Me Out Of Here star, told Radar, “I believe she’s undergone pretty much every facial plastic surgery there is.”
Kourtney Kardashian: The Keeping Up with the Kardashians sister got breast augmentation to go from a B-cup to a C-cup when she was 22. "It was so dumb... I just got the idea in my head one day, and that was that. There was no talking me out of it," Kourtney, now 34, has said.
Heidi Montag: The Hills reality star, now 27, followed up her 2007 nose job and breast augmentation with a 10-hour series of procedures in 2010 that included a mini brow lift, nose-job revision, chin reduction, neck liposuction, and buttock augmentation. Heidi told People magazine at the time, "I just wanted to feel more confident." However, in 2013, Heidi, who is married to fellow Hills star Spencer Pratt, said, “I wish I’d never had plastic surgery” and revealed she’d had her F cup breasts reduced to a C cup.
Sharon Osbourne: The former America’s Got Talent judge revealed on The Talk that she had vowed to have “no more” plastic surgery. “I have been looking at pictures of myself recently….my face looks plastic,” TV hostess Sharon, 61, candidly admitted. “So I'm like, 'No more abuse.’ '' According to a 2003 People magazine article, the ex-AGT judge had already “got” the following plastic surgery: facelift, tummy tuck, liposuction, leg lift, breast lift, and her lips enlarged with collagen.
Brandi Glanville: The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star, 41, has admitted to a boob job, vaginal rejuvenation, and using facial fillers. However, when a website implied in 2013 that Brandi had undergone new plastic surgery, posting, “I wish she would stop messing with her face,” Eddie Cibrian’s ex Tweeted, “[I] haven’t done anything new to my face cept have some moles lasered off. Kathy Griffin: The comedian’s My Life on the D List days ended when the Bravo reality show was canceled in 2010 -- and so has her plastic surgery. In her memoir, Griffin, 53, disclosed multiple plastic surgeries, including a nose job, brow lift, Botox injections, chemical peels and liposuction. In 2008, however, Kathy claimed she was over it! “I've been off the junk, as I call it, for five years. It didn't help me one bit. It didn't get me happier or didn't make me look particularly younger," she said.
Taylor Armstrong: The former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star, 42, who also starred on 2014’s season of VH1’s Couples Therapy, is known for her trout pout! Taylor has admitted to having “little injections here and there,” without specifying what—and where! “It makes me feel good, so I do it,” she said vaguely.
Jacqueline Laurita: The Real Housewives of New Jersey star had an on-camera tummy tuck and neck lift during season 5 of her Bravo reality show. And Jaqueline, 43, said she wished she’d had her eyes done, too! The former Olympian, 64, had a second face lift later at age 60 to correct the previous procedures. Vicki Gunvalson: The Real Housewives of Orange County star, 51, was called “Tupperware face” after unveiling her 2013 plastic surgery: chin implant, cartilage reconstruction on her nose, and fat injections in her cheeks. Vicki previously had two breast augmentations and Botox and Juvederm injections. “I feel really good about it,” Vicki said of her new look. But the housewife claims she’s absolutely “done” with plastic surgery now.
Courtney Stodden: Courtney and her much-older actor husband, Doug Hutchison, first made waves on VH1’s Couples Therapy—then she went across the pond to appear on the British version of Big Brother last year. The starlet, now 20 and divorced from Hutchison, had a breast augmentation in 2013 that took her from a C-cup to eye popping double Ds! Courtney showed off the plastic surgery in an online video.
Omarosa Manigault-Stallworth: The former Apprentice star had breast augmentation surgery filmed for the Discovery Channel series, Plastic Surgery Before and After. Afterwards, Omarosa, now 40, said, “It’s such a dramatic difference. I was a negative A cup. I was going concave. Now I’m a small D.”

Kim Richards Nose Job: Real Housewives of Beverly Hills fans were amused when Kim, 49, had a nose job as one of the plotlines in season 3 of the show. She wrote on her Bravo blog, “My surgery went amazingly well, and I really wasn’t all that nervous. Although I did have some last-minute fears about letting go of my old nose.”
Adrianne Curry: In November 2006, the America’s Next Top Model winner got surgery to fix what she called embarrassingly assymetrical breasts. The leggy beauty, 31, who also starred on The Surreal Life and My Fair Brady with her then-husband, Brady Bunch actor Christopher Knight, revealed that after a miscarriage, one of her breasts grew larger than the other, causing a two inch difference in size. She said implants eliminated the problem. She and Chris divorced in 2012.
Khloe Kardashian: According to a top plastic surgeon, the Keeping Up with the Kardashians star has overdone it with the Botox! After Khloe, 29, shocked her Twitter fans by posting an odd photo of her face on Feb. 13, 2014, Beverly Hills plastic surgeon Dr. Ashkan Ghavamai, who hasn’t treated Khloe, told Radar, “Several reasons for this new slimmer and very different facial shape is: Botox to forehead and around eyes which can change brow position and overall eyebrow and eye shape; weight loss, and less cheek fillers than in the past.”
Kyle Richards: Despite being "terrified of needles and blood," the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star, 45, had a nose job in 2006 and liposuction in 2012. "My nose bothered me for a long time," she said in 2013. "The surgery made me feel better." As for the second procedure? "After having four kids, no matter what exercise I did, the love handles wouldn't go away!" she explained. "I'm very happy with the results!"
Kate Gosselin: The former Jon & Kate Plus 8 star sent the rumor mill into overdrive in 2011 when her glam appearance made it look like she’d had a face lift. But Beverly Hills plastic surgeon Dr. Ashkan Ghavami, who hasn’t treated Kate, said it was his opinion she’d had fat transfers to her face. “She will have had it injected into fat pockets in her face to get the lines filled and plump up the skin,” Dr. Ghavami told Radar. What is sure? Kate had a tummy tuck on her reality show to repair the damage from having twins, then sextuplets.
Jillian Harris: The Canadian beauty, who was The Bachelorette in 2009, copped to getting a nose job in 2012. “I never really talked about it, and it was just one of those things where it wasn’t anybody’s business,” Jillian, 34, later said. “I kept it very natural. It’s not a fake [looking] nose.” The reality star said her nose had been broken so she needed to fix it – but she has no plans for other plastic surgery.
Tamra Barney: The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star, 46, has admitted to having breast surgery three times. In 2007, Tamra said she got her double D implants replaced with C-cups and in 2011, had them reduced again, to a 34B. The blonde beauty also has been getting Botox for years. In 2013, Tamra’s stomach looked amazingly taut in a bikini on Miami Beach, sparking rumors of a tummy tuck.
Ella Nolan: In Heidi Montag style plastic surgery, the Bachelor Pad beauty had a major overhaul in 2011. In five and a half hours, Nolan underwent five procedures: rhinoplasty, breast implants, and liposuction to her stomach, hip and thighs. Nolan, now 33, who was also a contestant on The Bachelor, explained to Life & Style the reason for the change: “TV magnifies all your flaws, and seeing my profile really bothered me.”
