Originally built in 1926, Osbourne’s Spanish-style charmer boasts a living room with soaring ceilings and French doors leading out to a central courtyard and pool. But now rocker Ozzy Osbourne’s son is moving on with his family.
The house has four bedrooms. Osbourne lived in the affluent hillside Los Feliz neighborhood with his wife Lisa, whom he married in 2012, and their daughter Pearl, 2.
The 28-year-old reality TV star--who appeared on Dancing with the Stars last year but is best known for doing the show The Osbournes with his dad Ozzy, mom Sharon, and sister Kelly—bought the house in December 2011. He flipped it back on the market in April 2014 with an asking price of $2.998 million but and it sold for $3.2 million, $202,000 over the asking price!
The vintage ‘20s home, which boasts four bathrooms, was meticulously restored by the previous owners in 2011.
A spacious master suite is located upstairs. Each bedroom has its own private bath.
Architecture fans would appreciate the home’s cool retro ambience, including these built-in bookcases, embellished chandelier, and roaring ‘20s railing by the stairs.
Osbourne’s former nest features 4,810 square feet, including a stunning kitchen at the center of the home that opens into the family room.
Remember when Osbourne’s mom, Sharon, threw a ham into a neighbor’s yard on The Osbournes? The family’s image has changed quite a bit since then and we trust that Jack and wife Lisa kept their food to themselves in this spacious kitchen.
It looks like Osbourne kept a Union Jack, the national flag of his native UK, in the wall of the dining area of his kitchen. God save the Queen!
The British always like to be near the water, and Osbourne’s former home offered splashing fountains and a pool in a tranquil setting.
As the son of wild rocker Ozzy Osbourne and his flamboyant TV hostess/judge wife, Sharon, Jack grew up dodging fans and the paparazzi. So it’s no surprise this home he just sold features walls and gates to ensure total privacy and security.
A separate guest house features vaulted beam ceilings, a full kitchen and separate bedroom-- and Osbourne’s friends and family members no doubt visited and enjoyed his cozy outdoor pool area.
