Many have come forward claiming to be related to Prince since his death on April 21, but so far only one of the alleged love children has filed a claim in court. After Carlin Q. Williams claims he is Prince's son, and he is taking his possible dad's estate to court to prove it! According to court documents exclusively obtained by RadarOnline.com, his mom, Marsha Henson, claims that she and the 57-year-old pop star had relations in the 70's.

"Sometime in July of 1976, I met Mr. Nelson in the lobby of the Crown Center Hotel in Kansas City, Missouri," she wrote in the documents. "Mr. Nelson and I drank wine and then he led me from the Crown Center Hotel to the Midwest Hotel, where we checked into a room."

The alleged baby mama also insisted that there is no biological possibility that Prince, whose official name is Prince Rodgers Nelson, isn't the father!

Also according to the docs, Williams is demanding a DNA test be performed. He also wants to be involved in future proceedings in regard to the estate.
