The 32-year-old Royal and his sexy rumored fiancée 35, were spotted attending a pal's wedding in Jamaica on March 3, where the lovebirds were caught getting cozy in public.
Harry sported a blue suit with a yellow corsage while his bride-to-be wore a long black-and-green flowery ensemble.
They were later even caught walking down the aisle at one point as Harry ushered her to their seats before the ceremony began.
Eyewitnesses said the two were kissing and cuddling as they chatted and drank wine in the warm climate.
"This is the first time that she and Harry have socialized so openly as a couple and it's a significant step up in their relationship," a source told the Daily Mail about their trip.
As RadarOnline.com reported, Harry took the unusual step of publicly confirming his relationship with the Suits actress last year — but Prince Charles was furious about his son's move.
