Taylor Armstrong has gone overboard with the injectables. “Not only is she missing the cupid’s bow of her upper lip, but her upper lip is slightly larger than her lower lip: a classic mild trout pout,” celebrity plastic surgeon Dr. Anthony Youn , who has not treated any of the reality stars, told RadarOnline.com in an exclusive interview.

Brandi Glanville has either “undergone too many injectable filler treatments or she’s undergoing an allergic reaction, causing her face to look puffy,” said Dr Youn, who thinks she has spent thousands of dollars on plumping.

Adrienne Maloof appears to have gone the extra mile and gotten a full nose job, along with Restylane and Botox.

Kim Zolciak, formerly of Atlanta, may have both boosted her bust with implants as well as get a new nose along the way, thinks Dr Youn.

Lisa Vanderpump is plumped! “She likely has some filler injections into her cheeks and a good amount of Botox in her forehead, but otherwise looks pretty decent,” said Dr Youn.

Healthy cookbook author Teresa Giudice may be the most natural of the bunch. “I don’t see any obvious sign of plastic surgery on her face. A touch of Botox may be possible, but not much else,” explained the surgeon.

Danielle Staub is anything but plastic fantastic, and Dr Youn thinks she should take a break from messing with her face. “Her eyebrows appear to have been lifted, likely with a browlift combined with a large amount of Botox. Her cheeks are also plumped up, as if they’ve been inflated with fat,” he said.

Jill Zarin looks pretty au naturel, Dr Youn told Radar. ”I suspect that she’s probably undergone facials and chemical peels to make her skin as pristine as it is.”

After allegedly getting Botox, a nose job and teeth whitening, “Tamra Barney appears to have a nice relationship with her plastic surgeon, as she’s probably bought him a car with all the money she’s spent!”

Married to a plastic surgeon, we’re sure Heather Dubrow gets a good deal. “She appears to have undergone Botox to her forehead and injections of filler or fat into her cheeks. All in a day’s work for the plastic surgeon husband of a Real Housewife!” said Dr Youn.
