BEST: Despite her purple hair, Kelly Osbourne looked pretty in a sparkling Tony Ward gown.

WORST: Rebecca Black looked like she was headed to her Senior Prom in the Midwest, wearing a ruffled strapless dress with a strand of pearls with red strappy sandals that blended into the carpet.

BEST: Paris Hilton cleaned up and glammed out in an angelic cream colored cap-sleeved Basil Soda gown, belted in gold. She completed the classy look with Christian Louboutin heels.

WACKY: Snooki may look skinny in her curve hugging zebra print dress, the black bow and veil pinned on her head along with her bright red hair slung to the side, left us a little perplexed.

WACKY: Who let this girl through security? Sasha Gradiva, apparently known professionally as SASHA, accessorized her pink princess gown with an arm full of weapons. Cyborg chic? More like cyborg freak. Not too mention, entirely inappropriate.

BEST: Kathy Griffin looked simply sexy in a cream-colored one-sleeved gown that was ruched on the side. She paired the figure flattering gown with a gold clutch and gold jewelry.

BEST: Giuliana Rancic looked cocktail chic in a Georges Chakra number, which she belted in gold and added Jimmy Choo sandals.

WACKY: Aw, how cute. Instead of going for the expected ‘Black and Yellow’ look, Amber Rose and Wiz Khalifa thought outside of the box and did black and white and yellow!

WORST: Kelly Rowland exemplified how hair and jewelry can ruin a perfectly fabulous gown. The singer slipped up by wearing oversized Lorraine Schwartz chandelier earrings with her Alberta Ferretti embroidered gown.

WORST: Wow. The Duchess really outdid herself this time – and not in a good way! Fergie definitely grabbed attention in her orange lace Jean Paul Gaultier gown, exposing her black lingerie to the max. She finished off the revealing look wearing a Wide Hammered Cuff, Large Hammered Hoops and Diamond and Gold Gladiator Rings, all Neil Lane.

BEST: Katy Perry looked beautiful in a sky blue Elie Saab Spring 2012 Couture gown, which complimented her bright blue hair!

BEST: Malin Akerman rocked a sexy cutout white Cushnie Et Ochs dress with chunky platforms. Totally appropriate and rockin’ look for a non-musician at the show.

WORST: Time After Time, Cyndi Lauper fails to learn the important of hiring a stylist. The sassy singer had way too much going on with her Jean Paul Gaultier getup, but her skunky streaked hair was the biggest
catastrophe of all.

WACKY: Well, that’s a way to spark controversy on the red carpet! Nicki Minaj had to upstage M.I.A.’s Super Bowl uproar, by getting escorted down the red carpet by a Pope, and wearing a blood red Versace Couture robe. Little Red Riding Hood gone bad?

BEST: Adele stunned in a simply gorgeous custom made ¾ sleeved Armani gown and Christian Louboutin heels – and the celebrated singer appeared to be wearing some bling on her engagement ring finger.

BEST: Carrie Underwood always looks great, but the country star really took it to the max in a stunning sleeved Gomez-Gracia gown that featured a super sexy cutout back. The gown was intricately embroidered with sequins on tulle. She finished off the look with Rene Caovilla heels.

BEST: Though most people couldn’t pull off this swinging Christian Siriano ruffle skirt dress, it really brought out Corrine Bailey Rae’s eccentric spirit. LOVE the addition of black and gold platforms.

BEST: Finally, Jessie J ditches the contrived couture and trades it in for a truly dazzling dress. The sassy singer showed off her covetable curves in a metallic Julien MacDonald gown.

BEST: Country cutie Julianne Hough showed off her flawless figure in a stunning Kaufman Franco strapless gown.

BEST: That’s how you rock a red carpet like a diva! Rihanna really steamed things up, wearing an incredibly sexy Giorgio Armani gown that featured a daring plunging neckline and a high slit. Paired with her messy blonde hair and bold gold Neil Lane bling, that included a diamond and gold snake armlet, a wide gold cuff, jazzy gold and diamond rings and geometric diamond and gold triangle earrings, the sassy stylista scored one of her best looks ever.

BEST: Sometimes miracles really do happen. Scandalous style icon Coco joined her hubby Ice-T on the red carpet, wearing a totally modest look! The busty blond actually looked sophisticated and sexy at the same time in her asset-covering black gown, which she paired with beautiful bling and a black clutch.

BEST: Taylor Swift definitely wants us to know that she all grown up! The country cutie rocked a very mature Zuhair Murad Couture embroidered gown with a dramatic updo and romantic Neil Lane jewelry. Is it just us, or does she look very Nicole Kidman?

BEST: Alicia Keys got glammed up in an Alexandre Vauthier dress, a gold plated statement necklace and Christian Louboutin heels.
