BEST: Ne-Yo rocked a perfectly put together camouflage look.

WACKY: White rapper RiFF RaFF really outdid himself, sporting swimming trunks with a neon tank top and of course, a grill.

WACKY: Is Tyga cold in the 80 degree Los Angeles heat? The rapper donned black leather gloves and a ton of bling with his red leather getup and snaky hat.
