BEST: Teen Wolf cutie Holland Roden complimented her gorgeous ginger locks by rocking a clever coral cocktail dress with nude pointy-toed heels.

WORST: Though Kat Graham is making progress on the red carpet, wearing a sexy super plunging and slitty black gown paired with uber-chic platforms, the Vampire Diaries stars still missed the mark with her obnoxiously large earrings and slicked back hairdo.

WACKY: Patrick Carney and Dan Auerbach of The Black Keys definitely shook things up, dressing up like babies in onesies pajamas complete with white gloves and bunny slippers.

BEST: Victoria Justice looked adorable, wearing a white and yellow one-shoulder Erin Featherston frock, which she belted in black and finished off with a black clutch and strappy sandals.

WORST: Headed to the strip club? Brooke Hogan’s discoball cutout Jovani dress would have been perfect for swinging on poles, but not for any red carpet event!

WORST: We have seen her wear worse, but something about Paris Hilton’s gunmetal sequin Marco Squared mini just didn’t compliment her fair features. She paired the dress with Christian Louboutin heels and a spiked clutch.

BEST: Nikki Reed dazzled in with her golden girl getup, pairing a sexy but sophisticated Randi Rahm sequin dress with matching heels and a cool clutch.

BEST: Nikki Hilton looked perfectly put together, wearing a crafty Marco Squared strapless dress with Christian Louboutin Pigalle pumps and a simple necklace.

BEST: Emma Watson looked edgy in a gothy print Brood Fall 2012 halter dress that she paired with sexy, strappy sandals.

BEST: Elie Kemper brightened up the carpet in a fabulous floral bright yellow Dolce & Gabbana sleeved dress, which she paired with a green envelope clutch and bright pink heels.

BEST: Elizabeth Banks heated up the red carpet by showing off her hot body in an Elie Saab Fall 2012 sleeved jumpsuit, which featured totally sheer detail.

BEST: Don’t hate Charlize Theron because she is beautiful! The new mom looked red hot in a strapless Lanvin peplum dress paired with strappy gold heels.

WORST: We want to love Shailene Woodley’s sexy effort with her Stella McCartney Evening Fall 2012 sleeveless tuxedo look, but the young actress just couldn’t pull it off – especially with her wet-looking messy hairdo.

BEST: When we heard that Christina Ricci was going to be style by Brad Goreski in a Timex Dress from Siriano, we were very afraid, but when the Pan Am star hit the red carpet in a chic sweetheart strapless adorned with watch parts, we breathed a sigh of sexy relief!

WORST: Julianne Hough stole Britney Spears’ 2005 style, baring her belly in an uber short Sally LaPoint cutout sleeved mini. She even rocked Brit Brit’s hairdo!

WORST: Leighton Meester’s Christian Cota ensemble was a step in the right direction for the Gossip Girl actress, but the daytime look would have been more appropriate for the CW Upfronts – not the MTV Movie Awards. She finished off the casual ensemble with Brian Atwood heels, a Jimmy Choo bag and Neil Lane bling.

BEST: Ciara almost looked liked she was rocking a nightie, but being the sassy singer that she is, she looked smokin’ hot. She finished off the look with white Christian Louboutin Pigalle pumps and a plethora of cool rings on her fingers.

WORST: Though we were on the fence about Kristen Stewart’s Guishem dress, it came down to these bullet points: the Los Angeles Lakers are out of the playoffs, she is not starring in a superhero movie and has more than enough money to get her hair de-frizzed.

BEST: We are accustomed to putting Amber Rose on the Worst or Wackiest list, so we were shocked to see Wiz Khalifa’s soon-to-be wife looking totally chic in a mint green embroidered cocktail dress. The busty and bootylicious star even kept her assets under cover!

WORST: Lucy Hale’s Catherine Malandrino multi-colored dress was cute, but her chunky silver platforms just didn’t work. She finished off the look with an Edie Parker clutch.

BEST: How chic! Emma Stone glammed up her Martin Grant ensemble with Tiffany & Co. bling, a Fendi clutch and Brian Atwood heels.

BEST: Beaming bride-to-be Jessica Biel got an early start on wearing white, steaming things up with her Chanel Spring 2012 sleeved knit dress, which she paired with jade and white heels.

WORST: Channing Tatum wasn’t living up to his Hollywood hunk status, wearing a black blazer over an unbuttoned shirt with cuffed jeans.
