WORST: Miley Cyrus hit the red carpet, in totally shocking style, but not because she was dressed too sexy for her age! The controversial 17-year-old, who “Can’t Be Tamed” wore a figure-drenching peasant dress, which featured a high neck and black bow-tie.

WORST: Ke$ha was a bad blend of the 1970’s and 1980’s, wearing a shredded concert t-shirt with satin bell-bottoms.

BEST: Victoria’s Secret model Clara Alonso looked uber-sexy in a Christian Dior Fall 2010 leather strapless dress and Christian Louboutin heels.

WORST: 30 Seconds to Mars looked, well, just that!

BEST: Jon Bon Jovi, Richie Sambora, Tico Torres and David Bryan (Bon Jovi) looked rocker sophisticated in all-black duds.

WACKY: The Jackass boys were dressed in their signature “we don’t really care what we wear” style.

BEST: Rihanna’s blush Marchesa frock beautifully contrasted with her fiery hair color, with her frosty pink lipstick added another feminine touch.

WACKY: Shakira hit the stage showing off her fab abs in a sparkly bra and fringed pants.

BEST: Kelly Brook looked super sexy in a bronze satin mini, which featured a sexy back.

WORST: Eva Longoria changed into outfit number two of the night, a skintight Emilio Pucci crisscross dress halter dress.

WACKY: Rihanna took off her Marchesa gown and changed into something a little more comfortable—a corseted mini, which featured an elaborate, multi-colored floral appliqué skirt. We wish she hadn’t paired the striking number with clunky black boots and a crown, but the sassy singer is known for her edgy additions.

WORST: As if Eva Longoria Parker’s other looks of the evening were not sexy enough, the Desperate Housewife hit the stage in skintight granny pants and a ruffled halter top.

WACKY: Katy Perry rocked a totally bizarre Wonder Woman-esque red leotard ensemble, while performing onstage.

WORST: Katy Perry was not dressed in award-winning attire, accepting her Best Video award for California Gurls in a garishly feathered metallic mini.

BEST: Eva Longoria Parker was sleekly styled (by Victoria, presumably) in a very Posh purple and black tuxedo-style mini.

BEST: In one of her better looks of the night, Eva Longoria Parker hit the stage in a haltered feathered frock and nude platforms.

WACKY: In probably the worst look of the entire evening, Ke$ha hit the stage dressed (and painted) in tacky shades of the neon.
