In the beginning of November, the Richie's sold their compound in the Hollywood Hills of Los Angeles for $2.67 million. Although they have allegedly purchased a new property, details about their new digs have not been confirmed, and the purchase is suspected to have been through a pocket listing.

According to the source, "Neither Nicole, nor Joel, seems to know what to do to make their marriage work.
In the meantime though, they seem determined to make it clear they're not splitting up just yet. They were seen out on a double date with Joel's brother Benji Madden and his wife, Cameron Diaz, at LACMA just a few days ago. And Richie took to Instagram on December 28 to share a photo of her wearing a sweatshirt that said, "Mrs. Madden" on it. The source told RadarOnline.com, however, "Nicole told her friends that the romance between her and her husband is dead."
