Adding insult to injury, Wagner also ordered the facility to remove a bench near Natalie's grave where visitors could sit and spend time near their loved ones, said Rulli.

On July 21, the day after Wood would have turned 78, a fan visited the grave, and saw roses and "Happy Birthday" balloons left by other fans had been tossed into a nearby garbage can.

Wood's original cause of death, "accidental drowning," was changed in 2011 to "drowning and other undetermined factors" due to bruises on her body.

The yacht “Splendour” was pictured today (Fri) moored in a harbor in Honolulu, Hawaii – just a day after investigators reopened the case into the mysterious death of Natalie Wood.

As RadarOnline.com previously reported, Dennis Davern, skipper of Wagner's yacht Splendour, has said Wagner "deserves to be arrested" for Wood's death. But Wagner has refused to cooperate in the reopened criminal investigation.
