Lindsay spent her first Saturday night since she was released from rehab at the UCLA Medical Center at Chateau Marmont.

The starlet was seen with good friend Eilat Anschel. The two reportedly left around 11:30pm.

Lindsay didn’t seem happy to be photographed as she covered her eyes.
