In the Season 12 premiere of Keeping Up With the Kardashians, the family was back to their old tricks of faking scenes for a story line and they were busted once again! Lamar Odom's overdose has been a major story line for the fame-seeking family and Khloe's exploitation of the situation continued in the episode. She has a heartfelt conversation with her younger sister, Kylie Jenner, where she says that she is worried about her New York press tour because she is going to have to speak about Odom for the first time.

The eagle eyes at Keeping Up with the Kontinuity Errors pointed out that Kylie and Khloe's conversation took place on January 19, 2016, as evidenced by a Snapchat she posted with her sister in the same outfits they wore when they taped the conversation for KUWTK.

In another example of their fakery, Khloe's conversation about Odom being released from the hospital was almost two weeks after he actually was released, which happened on January 6.

The extreme manipulation of scenes to further a storyline was also pointed out by the Kontinuity Errors tumblr regarding Kris Jenner's conversations with both Khloe and with her ex, Caitlyn Jenner. KUWTK shows Khloe calling her mother on January 14 to complain that Caitlyn has been sending her a barrage of hurtful text messages and she asks her mother to intervene.

Kris is seen calling Caitlyn and tearfully asking her to stop harassing Khloe, explaining that the transition and subsequent press was difficult for her daughter to handle and that Cailtyn needed to be more understanding. Oops! That was actually filmed on January 13, a day before Khloe called her mother and asked her to help out with her problems with Caitlyn.
