‘Fashion Police’ co-host Kelly Osbourne sold her fabulous West Hollywood home for $1.3 million in March, 2014.
Osbourne, 29, listed the home for sale just one month after announcing her split from The Kills rocker and fiance, Matthew Mosshart, which ended after two years.
“Kelly Osbourne and Matthew Mosshart have decided to end their engagement,” her rep said on Jan. 8. “The split is amicable and the pair continue to have nothing but the utmost respect for one another. Kelly is looking forward to a new year full of fresh beginnings.”
And a new beginning it is; Osbourne wanted to start over in a brand new house, out of the 1-bedroom, 2-bathroom West Hollywood home.
At 1,250 square-feet, Osbourne originally purchased the home in 2005 for $1.195 million, so she made just over one hundred thousand dollars on the sale.
Vaulted ceilings give the home an open and airy feeling. Designed by Robert Byrd in 1952, the home is beautifully detailed and completed updated.
Off the kitchen is a dining nook and adjacent living area with a separate den that opens onto a private garden with chic entertaining areas.
The kitchen is equipped with high-end appliances and an open concept perfect for entertaining.
The home boasts a gorgeous two-sided fireplace and plenty of windows gives the house lots of natural sunlight and beautiful views.
Osbourne reportedly moved out of the home months ago during the split from Mosshart and moved into a $10,400/month rental in Beverly Hills.
